About Our Masjid

Assalamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters, My name is Chernor Sesay, and together with my partner Mariama Bangura Sesay, we founded the MC Islamic Foundation. For months, we have been the sole funders of a major Masjid project in Sumbuya Village (Koyo Chiefdom, Port Loko District), Sierra Leone. We are now in the final stretch and seeking the support of our Ummah to complete this sanctuary before Ramadan begins this February 2026. We have carried this project to the finish line, but we need your help to complete the final construction so the community can pray together this Ramadan.
